EVENT: (4/21) Dr. Isao Fujimoto's Memorial Service

We are looking forward to seeing you at the memorial service honoring Isao on April 21st, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Please find details for the in-person event below. For the livestream link, please see below as well. 

  • WHEN: April 21, 2022 3:00 to 5:30 PM
  • WHERE: UCD Conference Center Ballroom A/B, 550 Alumni Lane, Davis, CA 95616 Directions & Parking Information
  • PARKING: Paid parking is available in the South Entry Lot or Visitor Lots 1 & 2. Parking can be paid for using the ParkMobile app. Link to Information about ParkMobile App
  • ACCESSIBILITY: Unfortunately, there are no valet services at this time. For folks with disabilities and/or mobility needs, please utilize the drop-off area in front of the Conference Center.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

  • To keep our community safe, the family is requesting that all guests wear a face maskregardless of vaccination status. Face masks will be available on the day of the event. 
  • UC Davis currently requires all guests to complete and present a Daily Symptom Survey on the day of the event. Link to UCD Daily Symptom Survey. 
  • For ONLY UC Davis affiliates (faculty, staff, and students), please get tested before the event to receive an "approved" or green status from the Daily Symptom Survey.
  • In addition to the Daily Symptom Survey, ONLY non-UCD affiliate guests will be required to present either proof of vaccination OR recent negative COVID-19 test (done within the last 72 hours). Link to UC Davis Campus Visitors Information
  • If you are showing any signs of illness, please stay home. 

For those who will be unable to attend the memorial service in person on April 21st, we now have a virtual option. The service will start at 3:00 PM.
